News Day – Actress Victoria Justice was besieged by grade school girls after Teen Vogue’s Declare Your Denim fashion show, held Sunday outside at Lincoln Center. As moms lined up their breathless tykes, Justice (star of Nickelodeon’s “Zoey 101” and “Victorious”) took time out to chat and pose for photos. “Love those boots,” she said to one purple-footed girl.

Wending his way through the mostly three- to four-foot high crowd, R&B artist Omarion managed to gain some face time with Justice. They exchanged compliments, but then he just had to ask. “Um…what do you call that?”

The “that” was a gold emblem on her forehead, held in place by a silver chain encircling her head around the sides and over the crown. “Oh, this?” she said, laughing. “It’s a headpiece, I guess.”

“I dunno,” said Omarion later. “I thought it would be something more unusual like…a hat?”
